Caseload: 40 Elementary Students (Case Manager for 20 Students)
ProCare Therapy is looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. We are also open to accepting Clinical Fellows (CF) for this position. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, this is a great opportunity to make a difference with an elementary-aged caseload.
Job Highlights:
- Full-time or part-time schedule options available.
- Caseload of 40 students, with case management responsibilities for 20 students.
- Work with elementary students to address a variety of speech and language needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students on your caseload.
- Manage and monitor the progress of 20 students as their case manager.
- Develop and implement IEP goals, objectives, and therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Track and document progress for reporting and assessment purposes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid MN SLP license (or eligibility for CF).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with elementary students is preferred, but not required.
