Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language needs.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans that target individual communication goals.
- Provide direct therapy to help students improve their speech, language, and social communication skills.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP license in Illinois.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
