Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Childhood Caseload

Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, school-based position in Little Rock, AR. This role is ideal for an SLP passionate about working with young children and supporting early communication and language development. Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time (35-37.5 hours per week).
- Caseload: Early Childhood (ages 3-5).
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) with supervision provided.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for early childhood students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to young children in a school setting.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support language development.
- Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately.
- Participate in early intervention and IEP meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.
- CFs are welcome to apply, with supervision available.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting early development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
