Pay Range: $35-$55 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Kentland, IN. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy strategies.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Document assessments, progress, and therapy outcomes accurately.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a school-based setting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
