Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success and develop effective IEPs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Active Delaware SLP license
- Prior experience working with children in a school environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
