Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Wilmington, DE, to offer two full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions for the current school year.
Position Details:

Position #1:
- Schedule: 4 days at Springer Middle School & 1 day at Lancashire Elementary School
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Position #2:
- Schedule: Maternity Leave Coverage for Preschool
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Delaware SLP license.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
Compensation:
- Starting at $42/hour.
- Renewal for the following school year is based on performance and needs.
