Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Temecula, CA. This full-time position focuses on elementary-level students, supporting various programs including Resource Specialist Programs (RSP), Specialized Day Classes (SDC), and Moderate/Severe Autism classes. You will collaborate with another full-time SLP at the site to provide comprehensive speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor and document student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California licensure as an SLP
- Experience working with elementary-level students preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
