Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide leave coverage for Napa Valley USD in Napa, CA. This position will involve working with an elementary and middle school caseload across three sites, focusing on students with mild to moderate speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor and document student progress
Caseload Details:
- Caseload numbers: 55-60 students
- Focus on mild to moderate speech and language needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California licensure as an SLP
- Experience with elementary and middle school students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
