Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Milton. This role involves working with middle school students to provide essential speech and language services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address speech and language goals.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Provide recommendations and strategies for classroom support to enhance student communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) recommended.
  • Previous experience working with middle school students is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a full-time schedule.
