Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
