Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide services to students in a school setting. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to support students' academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes
Requirements:
- Active SLP license in WI
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
