Job Description: Soliant is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support our clients' communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to speech and language goal-setting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is an advantage.
