Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Ashtabula, OH. This role involves working with middle school students to provide essential speech and language services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address speech and language goals.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Provide recommendations and strategies for classroom support to enhance student communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) required.
- Previous experience working with middle school students is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
