Job Description:
Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? We have an exciting school opening in the vibrant city of Spokane, Washington, and we are seeking an SLP to join our team for the upcoming academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
- Work with a diverse range of students in an educational setting.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Washington state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
