Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Hacienda Heights, CA. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The role involves collaborating with educators and healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans that meet the needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in California.
- Previous experience in a school or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
