Pay Range: $35-$55 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Greensboro, GA. In this school-based role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students in need, working closely with educators and staff to help students meet their communication goals. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social success of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Regularly track and document student progress and modify therapy plans as needed.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure in Georgia as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
