We are actively seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Glendale, AZ. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, helping them enhance their communication skills and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
- Provide one-on-one or group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Document client progress and adjust therapy as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support the client's communication needs in both educational and social environments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of speech-language pathology practices and stay informed on new research and treatment techniques.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Arizona state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a school or clinical setting is a plus but not required.
