Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, School-Based in Santa Fe, NM
35 hours per week, New School Year (NSY) and Next 24/25 School Year (SY)
Monday-Friday, Multiple Openings
Minimum Requirements (New Mexico):
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Department of Education certification required.
- Previous experience in school settings preferred.
Blazer Jobs is actively seeking talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for multiple openings in Santa Fe, NM. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups.
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and support individualized therapy plans.
- Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and track data.
- Ensure compliance with IEPs and special education regulations.
- Provide consultation and guidance to staff regarding students’ speech and language needs.
- Offer training and resources to parents and staff to maximize student success.
