Job Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a K-12 caseload in Richter, KS. In this role, you will provide therapy services to students across all grade levels, helping them improve their speech, language, and communication skills to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing speech and language disorders such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement IEP goals.
- Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to the team regarding student performance and needs.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Kansas SLP License
- Experience with K-12 students is preferred but not required
