Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Position Near Cortland, NY
Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Cortland, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SLPs and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year, as supervision will be provided. The position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload and offers a rewarding chance to make a positive impact on students' communication development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on communication strategies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New York SLP license (or ability to obtain one prior to start date)
- Open to Clinical Fellows; supervision provided
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload
