Position Overview:

  • Full-time position in a school-based setting
  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress toward IEP goals
  • Offer training and resources to staff and families to support speech and language development

Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP license required
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet the needs of students across various age groups
