Job Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans to address individual goals.
- Deliver therapy sessions in individual and small group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Connecticut SLP license (ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred).
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
