Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Clearwater, Idaho. This is a full-time role providing therapy services to K-12 students to help them improve communication skills and succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Therapy Services:
Offer individualized and group therapy to K-12 students with speech and language challenges, including articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication. -
Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs):
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs. -
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams:
Work alongside teachers and support staff to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom, ensuring consistent student support across all environments. -
Assessments and Reporting:
Conduct speech and language evaluations, track student progress, and provide regular updates to parents and school staff regarding student development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Idaho SLP License (required)
- Previous experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school-based setting
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students
- Passion for helping students build critical communication skills for academic and social success
