Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time | Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in a K-12 setting, working with a diverse group of children with varying needs.
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders using both formal and informal assessment tools.
- Create individualized treatment plans and document student progress according to district and state regulations.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
- Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings, using innovative, evidence-based practices to ensure student success.
- Regularly evaluate therapy plans and make adjustments as needed to meet IEP goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Illinois SLP license.
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with school-based therapy and IEP development preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Details:
