Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Atlanta, CA. This position involves working with students in kindergarten through 8th grade, providing essential therapy services to help students develop strong communication skills and address a variety of speech and language challenges.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students K-8, addressing communication disorders such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the school team to design and implement therapy plans aligned with each student’s IEP.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy strategies as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress discussions.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License
- Previous experience with K-8 students is preferred but not required
