Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will help students overcome communication challenges, enabling them to succeed academically and socially. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference through personalized care and collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' communication abilities and develop individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and social communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve speech and language skills in alignment with educational goals.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ overall development and success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Required: A current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Preferred: Experience in pediatric or school-based settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
