Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the Academic Year in St. Augustine, FL
A school in St. Augustine, Florida is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist's for the upcoming school year. The position entails working with a K-12 students, conducting evaluations, diagnosing speech disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and provide treatment for communication disorders
- Develop customized treatment plans to address the unique needs of diverse patients
- Conduct screenings to identify voice or speech disorders
- Educate staff and their families on speech disorders, including causes related to disabilities and traumatic events
- Maintain detailed records of student conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress

Experience:
- Prior experience in the field of Speech Language Pathology is required
- Experience in a school setting is preferred
Education:
- Must possess a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Full accreditation (CCC) is preferred
- Must be at least in the Clinical Fellowship Year of the SLP program
Certifications:
- Active Florida SLP license is required
