Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a significant impact on their communication development.
Position Details:
- Location: Baltimore, Maryland
- Caseload: Primarily school-aged students, with a mix of elementary and middle school students
- Schedule: Full-time position, with flexible scheduling options
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Document and track student progress through regular reports and evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland SLP license (or eligibility for licensure in Maryland)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required
