Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Flemington, NJ. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students with communication challenges and will work in a collaborative school environment to help students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual or group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into the classroom and home environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active New Jersey SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) will also be considered.
- School-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
