We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in El Paso, TX! Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students' specific needs.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with educators and parents to track student progress and provide recommendations.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Support students in improving their communication skills for better academic performance.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and treatment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
