Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Denton, TX. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them develop the skills needed for academic success and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Texas state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
