Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language disorders while collaborating with other professionals to create effective therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language capabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare providers to support clients’ communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure in Connecticut as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in school or clinical settings is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
