Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Crystal Lake, IL
Soliant is hiring a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: PreK–12 (specifics to be discussed during the interview)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Onsite
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP licensure
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs with school experience encouraged to apply)
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and meet all compliance standards
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $45–$55/hour (dependent on experience)
