Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position in Anadarko, OK. We are open to considering part-time applicants as well. In this role, you will provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, helping them improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities and needs.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
- Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Track and maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal-setting.
- Offer guidance to school staff on how to support students’ communication development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Oklahoma.
- ASHA CCC preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
