Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This position offers flexibility with a four-day work week and manageable caseloads, ensuring a great work-life balance. The SLP will provide high-quality therapy services, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with staff and families to help students thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
- Provide therapy services tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Document and monitor student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
- School-based experience is a plus
