Caseload: PreK-12th Grade
Pay Range: $43-48/hr

Since 2013, we have worked with school districts across the country, delivering personalized care. We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide services to students across New Mexico through virtual therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions, ensuring the use of best practices in speech and language development.
- Work collaboratively with educators and parents to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans.
- Regularly document and track student progress toward their goals.
- Provide recommendations and strategies to improve communication and language development at home and in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings as required and contribute to the student's success plan.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Must hold a current license to practice as an SLP in New Mexico (NMRLD and PED Licenses).
- Minimum two years of experience in school-based therapy or related settings.
- Ability to work proficiently with virtual therapy platforms and remote communication tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Access to reliable high-speed internet and a functional computer.
