About Us:
VocoVision is seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and deliver teletherapy services to students in Virginia. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful difference in students' speech and language development. As a Virtual SLP with VocoVision, you'll have access to a full toolkit of resources and ongoing support from both clinical and technical teams to ensure you succeed in delivering high-quality services.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual SLP at VocoVision, you will conduct speech and language therapy sessions, perform assessments, and collaborate with school teams to meet students' unique needs. You’ll be equipped with a variety of resources to create interactive and effective therapy sessions, all while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language assessments and therapy to students in Virginia
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to track student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Use a variety of virtual tools and resources to engage students and enhance therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Virginia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital tools
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
