Speech Language Pathologist - SLP CCC or CF
About the Position:
Soliant Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for a rewarding school-based opportunity in Walworth, NY. This position offers the flexibility to work full-time or part-time and will run through the remainder of the current school year. We’re looking for a dedicated CFY candidate who is eager to gain valuable clinical experience while making a positive impact on students’ speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in a school setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Track student progress, complete necessary documentation, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current enrollment in or completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program.
- Eligible for or currently holding licensure in New York State.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
- Passion for helping children develop the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.
