Full-Time Position
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Bonifay, FL. This is a full-time, school-based position working with a diverse student population. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy to students with various communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students.
- Stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Florida State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
