Pay Rate: $47-$49 per hour for SLP | $37-$39 per hour for SLPA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based role in Franklin, IN. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to work with K-12 students and support their communication development for the remainder of the school year.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time with a 3:1 service model (3 weeks of direct services followed by 1 week for planning, documentation, and indirect services)
- Caseload:
- SLP: Primarily elementary and some high school students (No middle school or preschool caseloads)
- SLPA: Similar to the SLP caseload with potential to work across grade levels
- Setting: School-based environment
- Dates: ASAP through May 23rd, 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Monitor and track student progress in meeting IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth
- Complete documentation and manage caseload details during the indirect service week (if applicable)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote the educational success of students
Requirements:
- SLP: Active Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLPA: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- SLP Pay Rate: $47 - $49 per hour
- SLPA Pay Rate: $37 - $39 per hour
