Speech Language Pathologist - Schools

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in a school setting near O'Fallon, MO. This role is flexible, offering both full-time and part-time hours to accommodate your schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, progress, and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Missouri state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
