Speech Language Pathologist (Schools) - Virtual Therapy
Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional therapy services to students in Washington state. This remote, school-based position allows you to make a meaningful impact on students’ educational experiences while working from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy services to K-12 students in a virtual school setting.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Complete required documentation, including progress notes, assessments, and IEP reports.
- Provide indirect services, such as consultation with staff and parents, and attend virtual meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
- Valid Washington State ESA Teaching Certification (Educational Staff Associate) required.
- Must pass a tech screen to ensure readiness for virtual therapy delivery.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 1099 independent contractor position.
- Guaranteed hours, with payment for both direct and indirect services.
