Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Vancouver, Washington

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Vancouver, Washington area. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in the local community.

Job Details:

  • On site required 
  • Full time
  • K-12 caseload subject to change 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Washington licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Experience with AAC devices 
  • Knowledgeable regarding IEPs 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other PTs, SLPAs, and OT professionals
  • Monitor and report patient progress
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
