Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Tomball, Texas for the upcoming school year. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, and you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic and social success through speech and language therapy.

The SLP will support and collaborate with existing teams across the district, helping students with a variety of communication needs. The role will encompass assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students from elementary through high school. This full school year position is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates seeking to develop their skills.

We are accepting both SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and SLP-CF (Clinical Fellow) applicants. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language evaluations for students, identifying speech and language disorders, and developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other education professionals to deliver individualized educational services.
  • Implement IEP goals and document student progress.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents regarding progress.
  • Serve as a resource for staff on speech and language development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Must hold a valid Texas SLP license or be eligible for licensure.
  • SLP-CCC candidates must have a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • SLP-CF candidates must be working towards completion of their Clinical Fellowship.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay rate begins at $40 for qualified SLP-CCC candidates.
