Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Aberdeen, WA
Duration: Immediate Start – Through June 13, 2025
Schedule Options:
- 5 days per week (7.5 hours per day) or
- 4 days per week (8.75 hours per day)
Caseload: Approx. 55 students, Grades PreK-12
Salary: Starting at $45 per hour for qualified applicants
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students, ranging from PreK to 12th grade, in a school-based setting. This position offers flexibility with scheduling options and will run through the 2024-2025 school year, ending June 13, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
- Assess student needs, develop therapy plans, and implement IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate speech/language goals into daily activities.
- Document progress and attend IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Washington State licensure.
- Experience with students of all ages and communication disorders.
- Compassionate, patient, and organized.
