**What You’ll Do:**
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with speech and language challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Providing direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a comprehensive support system.
- Developing engaging materials and activities that promote communication skills and foster confidence.
- Educating staff and families about speech and language development and strategies for support.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- A licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist with a passion for working with K-12 students.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- A creative approach to therapy that motivates and engages students.
