Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will provide high-quality therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with diverse populations is an asset.
