Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school environment. The SLP will assess, plan, and deliver targeted speech and language services to help students improve their communication and thrive academically.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other staff to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in WA
- Experience with school-based or pediatric populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to independently manage caseload and therapy plans
