Speech Language Pathologist Role Open (Full Time) - Savannah, GA
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a dynamic school district in Savannah, GA, to hire a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to support students in developing their communication skills and achieving academic success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Georgia SLP license required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFYs are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards.
- Must meet all state and district-specific requirements, including background checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations.
