Requirements:
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- At least 2 years of school-based experience
- Current Indiana licensure
- Experience with IEPs and evaluations
- Ability to work with our clinical team for virtual support
- Strong tech skills and excellent communication abilities
Position Details:
- Full-time role (37.5 hours/week)
- High school students
- Servicing several schools, including a virtual academy
- Working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Direct therapy in areas like articulation, language skills, etc.
- Collaboration with other school staff and parents remotely
- Access to district email and IEP system
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate speech and language challenges with both standardized and authentic assessments
- Deliver remote therapy to support students with communication difficulties
- Assist in developing speech-language curriculum and policies
- Conduct therapy via HIPAA/FERPA-compliant platform
- Customize programs for student needs and ensure academic growth
- Communicate IEPs to all relevant parties
- Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance and professional behavior
